This is a working draft for review before launch, not final legal advice.

This site does not currently collect any data automatically. There are no accounts, no cookies, and no analytics running on stayfound.co.uk today.

If you email us using a link on this site, that email is sent directly through your own email provider. We only see what you choose to send us, and only for the purpose of replying to you.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Contact hello@stayfound.co.uk to do so.

Still needed before launch

  • TODO: Data controller legal name and address, required under UK GDPR.
  • TODO: Update this page once the Free Check is live: it will disclose that a submitted website URL is fetched and processed to generate a result, and whether/how long anything is logged for abuse prevention.
  • TODO: Update this page once Stripe payment is live: it will disclose that payment is handled by Stripe, link to Stripe’s privacy policy, and clarify what payment data Stay Found itself sees.
  • TODO: Confirm who handles data rights requests (currently assumed to be the email address below, as a small/solo operation).
