This is a working draft for review before launch, not final legal advice.

These terms apply to your use of the Stay Found website (stayfound.co.uk).

Stay Found offers three products: CHECK (£99, one-off), FIX (£499, one-off) and GROW (£299 per month). CHECK is purchased directly on the site. FIX and GROW are currently arranged by enquiry rather than instant purchase.

CHECK, FIX and GROW are based on an assessment of publicly available information about your business at a point in time. They do not guarantee any particular search ranking, AI recommendation, or business outcome.

Still needed before launch

  • TODO: Legal entity name and company/registration number. Not yet confirmed whether Stay Found trades as a sole trader or a limited company.
  • TODO: Registered business address for legal notices.
  • TODO: Confirmation that England & Wales law applies (assumed for a UK business, not yet confirmed).
  • TODO: Refund/cancellation terms for CHECK once Stripe payment is live.
